In order to be able to guarantee the high quality of our machines in the future, we have been training our own in various professions for many years. In Pfinztal, we have our own training workshop and a dedicated team of trainers. It is possible to obtain a driving licence for cranes, forklifts or aerial work platforms.
Our trainers provide the young people with the necessary specialist knowledge and personal responsibility in an environment characterized by respect and appreciation.
Who are we?
Mall + Herlan GmbH is the world market leader in the manufacture of packaging machines for one-piece metal packaging and, as a globally active medium-sized company, has stood for the highest quality in the development and manufacture of complex customer-specific systems for decades.
In addition to our headquarters in Pfinztal near Karlsruhe, our facility in Neuhausen ob Eck also belongs to Mall + Herlan GmbH. We employ a total of around 200 people. Mall + Herlan is part of the Swiss WIFAG-Polytype Group based in Fribourg.

Industrial mechanics organize and control production processes and ensure that production facilities are ready for operation.
